Do you have a recipe that you make when you are hungry but don’t want to end up cooking like crazy? Well, I have one. My classic street style Egg bhurji – Anda bhurji pav.
We did a mini trip to Texas over the weekend. The trip was great, we had fun. Hiked the Enchanted rock, took a walk across the lady bird lake and met some of my friends.
Going out after 8 long months certainly takes a toll. The post trip cleanup is exhausting. At this point, I am least interested in making elaborate meals. Nor is my pantry/fridge is loaded. All that I have is few eggs and a loaf of bread. And some onions maybe 😀
So the best I can come up with is scrumptious and delicious Egg bhurji. The street style version that has lots of garlic, onions and is spicy. I remember having bhurji pav on street that gave me runny nose because of the heat of spices. I live for moments like these 😀
